We have properties in the current zip code locations: Fort Lauderdale 33304 Pompano Beach 33062 Must have the following requirements: - Has the ability to readily dispatch during scheduled hours - Can patrol our homes on a designated schedule and provide standing guard service if needed - Can accommodate a monthly retainer and service fee billing arrangement - Super responsive - Has a W9 - Can produce a COI - Ok with invoicing (Net 30 terms)
