Job Description: Work as a crew leader to install conduit, pull fiber optic cable and set boxes. We are seeking full time equipment operator/ foreman to join a busy underground utility installation company that specializes in new construction. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference, who enjoy going the extra mile to satisfy customers, who are passionate and want to be part of a winning team. We are looking for someone who is skilled in running equipment (excavator) with experience in any of the following but not limited to underground utilities, fiber optics,installing conduit and working with power tools. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from the job site and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Some Required Skills and Functions: MUST have proven history of 700' a day of conduit install including back fill. At least 2 years experience working on construction crews. Professional appearance and a team attitude a must. Able to lift 50-75 pounds on a frequent basis. Will possess a sense of ownership for the task at hand. Be able to work well as a team leader while motivating your crew. Be able to work during the hours of 7am to 5pm. Have honesty and integrity. Have a strong work ethic. *Equal opportunity Employer
