Who we are: We are a local, family-owned parking lot sweeping and porter service company founded in 2007 Locations: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and North Fort Myers Compensation: $15 to $25/hr + Healthcare Benefits + Weekly Pay + Overtime Job Details: • Pressure Washing • Clean parking lot and sidewalks/under canopy areas • Change out trash liners • Window Washing • Cobwebbing • Pick up debris and clean around dumpsters • Trash pick-up throughout the property Qualifications: • Must have reliable transportation • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be capable of extensive walking • Ability to pass a drug test • Ability to lift up to 50lbs continuously
