Happy holidays everyone, at the end of January I will have a 3bed 2bath available for rent. It'll be 750 a month and 750 deposit. It'll be due at the beginning of every month. Pet fee of $25 per month and late fees will be applied if not paid on time. I do backgrounds checks, not credit. You may go by and look at the house, but please to not bother the current tenant inside. I will have pics up as soon as I am able to go through and fix a few minor things.
