Join Capt Yak on this three-hour guided tour through Shell Key Preserve. Just ten minutes from St. Pete Beach. We will paddle through mangrove tunnels, across flats, and spend time on Shel Key or the sand bar where you can swim or do some shelling. During this trip you will see an abundance of wildlife that can include; cormorants diving around and under your kayak catching fish, pelicans crashing into the water for their next meal, mullet jumping and horseshoe crabs scurrying along the bottom. You might even get lucky and see dolphin and manatee. Capt Yak will share his knowledge of the wildlife, plants and history of Shell Key Preserve. He will also share some of the local and state history that has influenced the area. Capt Yak is a Local Veteran Owned and Operated Business.
