Need someone to clean out dad's apartment

My dad recently passed after a short stay at The Homestead Assisted Living: I'm looking for someone to: 1) Help me get rid of his relatively new furniture, including a couch, a recliner, a small dining set, a coffee table, a bedroom and nightstand, a small desk set, a few lamps and some basic kitchen items. You can have these items. You can sell them or give them away. 2) Need his clothing and personal items either donated to a thrift store or thrown away. 3) Need paper and possible sentimental items boxed up and taken to a UPS Store, where I can pay to have them shipped to me.
