We need you to provide excellent service and be willing to find new ways to go above and beyond to “WOW” our customers. - Love the Great Outdoors - Charge up your Fitbit because you’ll be doing a lot of walking! - Must Love Dogs - We will provide dog bite prevention training and you dole out the dog treats and friendly fur greetings - Pride - A pressed uniform, clean truck, and good attitude speak volumes - Quirk - You don’t end up in the dog poop business without a great sense of humor and a little quirk Responsibilities - Follow specific customer routes for yard and park clean up sites using a GPS mapping device to follow dog waste removal route - Log and report all completed work on a daily basis including station sanitizing, customer visits, and waste disposal activities - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and interact positively with all clients, their pets, and other team members - Clean, sanitize, and service pet waste stations, clean the area around the station, service trash stations, refill waste removal bags, and scoop poop in common areas - Manage pet waste removal and cleanup at the assigned customer locations by scooping poop and properly removing pet waste from common areas Qualifications - Positive representation of the company and a professional demeanor is required at all times - This position requires a valid driver’s license - Need to lift over 25 pounds multiple times per day - Must enjoy working with animals - High school diploma is required Compensation $15 - $18 at plan per hour About DoodyCalls of Wake County, Inc. This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday for approximately 7 to 8 hours per day. Pay is based on a percentage of the revenue generated from services, provided by the employee. We are looking for someone who lives within 10 miles of Clayton and has: - Strong focus and attention to detail - Willingness to work in any weather conditions - hot, cold & rain - Clean driving record and doesn't mind a lot of driving - Clean criminal record - Excellent vision - Solid communication skills - Ability to lift 50 lbs. - Cell phone where they can be reached during business hours The job entails providing recurring and one-time pooper scooper services for our residential clients and dog waste station service for communities.
