Need to rehome a sweet cat

I have a 5 year old cat, we call Oreo that I need to find a home for. A relative has had to move in with us and is allergic. He is fixed and has been around other animals and does fine. I ask a small rehoming fee, just to make sure he goes to a good home. I would really like to find him a place, so I don't have to bring him into the shelter.
