We are looking for efficient professionals to work at a high-volume auto repair facility. Our Service Writers are responsible for running an efficient repair and parts program. While working alongside technicians to accurately log repairs, communicate repair status with customers, and coordinate the overall flow of daily repairs. This position will accomplish objectives through the use of exceptional customer service and organizational skills. Sign on bonus: $1000 bonus after 90 days Apply on Workstream Responsibilities First point of contact for all garage customers to ensure best-in-class service Creating service orders with specifics of what repairs are to be done to vehicles. Creating estimates for repairs needed. Contacting customers and explaining repairs needed to their vehicles. Ordering parts for repairs. Calling customers when vehicles are completed. Perform vehicle readiness checks through our internal systems Work with Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for jobs Receiving and organizing part deliveries and maintaining inventory Transporting vehicles to fueling, inspection, cleaning, parking, and maintenance facilities Helping make sure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customers and associates Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by Manager Requirements 1-2 years experience in automotive service center Must be highly organized and have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Must have a high level of computer proficiency Fluent in English Spanish proficiency is a plus More than three (3) years with US State DMV license Cautious and precise motor skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Insanely punctual Availability to work weekends and holidays Benefits 15+ PTO days Health and dental contribution plans Team lunches New office location About Sally Our mission is to be the most trusted vehicle and service provider across all markets.
