RETURN RESPONSE SHOULD SAY: How long you have been doing this work, if you are insured/uninsured, hourly price, when you will be available. Repair/fix jobs for handyman/carpenter. Do not need to have insurance, but must be competent. Willing to pay $30/hour possibly more if you give Vet/Senior discount. Presently need about 15 ceiling tiles (12"x"12 inch type) replaced inside- have materials, and simple step railing outside (4 4x4 posts with 2 2x4 handrails) screwed in securely to stairs - materials supplied.) Must have own transportation, work alone - no required extra helper, must not drag out work. Should be a person who has references from other home owner (not friends or family), and that is familiar on a regular basis to do this work. If you work out, can use more help in February doing.
