Hiring for the end of January! Kind Sisters Cleaning Co. is a (mostly residential) cleaning company that is women-operated and owned. We use only all-natural cleaning products. Applicants must pass a background check and be fully vaccinated. You must have your own transportation and a smart phone. You must be able to bend down easily, be on hands and knees, and lift up to 30 pounds… THIS IS A PHYSICAL LABOR JOB. Job includes: • Studying and retaining knowledge of our cleaning techniques and supplies • Upholding our high standards of service and kindness • Having attention to detail and an ability to hustle Why this job rocks: • Flexible scheduling… You can work as much or little as desired (minimum of 1 day a week) • Our products do not contain harsh chemicals and are pleasant to use. • This job keeping you constantly in motion, so it helps you stay flexible and fit! • Never work on a weekend! • Plenty of opportunities for raises and leveling-up in the company • You keep 100% of your tips • We compensate for your mileage traveling to and from job sites • Working half-days gives you more time for other things! We are looking for someone who has attention to detail and excellent time-management skills, as well as someone who is friendly, trustworthy, and enjoys making someone’s day better! No experience is necessary, although having experience will shorten your training period. $17.50/hr Training $20/hr after training plus gas compensation and tips! Opportunities for raises and advancement within the company Scheduling: By nature, this is not a full-time job, but you may work up to 5 days a week.
