Looking to form Folk Rock Group

Not sure this will get any traction or go anywhere, but here it goes. I heard the Lumineers formed on Craigslist, so I figured I would post. Semi-accomplished Songwriter looking to form a new Folk Rock group. Some commercial success in my past; I've recorded at several prestigious studios and performed at a couple well known indie venues in major cities. Mid-30s, Male, with kids. Not sober, but not a party animal. Professional adult looking to rekindle my musical career. I write songs on guitar, piano, mandolin, and if the occasion calls for it, ukulele. Would love someone who plays fiddle, a percussionist who doesn't drown out the rest of the band, and versatile bass player, but am pretty open. Horns would be cool too. Would love folks with classical or jazz backgrounds, but certainly not a must. A band should be a collaboration, but they do need a creative leader. I have a lots of songs, but would prefer to write with a talented group. Any royalties or residuals from licensing would be spilt evenly amongst the group. If interested, please send some samples of you playing and some info about yourself. You don't need a ton of experience, just a love of music and creativity.
