The ideal candidate will have the following - verbal and written communication skills (lots of email, texting, phone, and computer work) - an outgoing and assertive personality - strong interpersonal skills (you’ll be working with a team of managers and maintenance people across MN) - reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement) - a smart phone (other tech provided) - a comfort with web based software and web browsers - knowledge of the Southern MN area - a desire to learn the real estate and property management business - experience with Appfolio or other property management software or owning your own rental property is a bonus, but not required.
