looking for a chef thats an expert in cooking med well and med rare steak (EXPERT in med rare! I hate anything else, not to sound bougie). I know its cliche to propose on vday but I want to do it sooner than later and on my fav holiday. we could go to dinner, but I want to set the scene to make it far more romantic and having a personal chef who could also recommend some special dishes based on our preferences and prepare them on an elite level would be so amazing! Willing to pay fairly of course and purchase all the ingredients you'd need. It'd likely be at our home or a venue somewhere here in madison. Please respond with your experience, favorite dishes to cook, references and pictures of some of your dishes if you have them.
