Hello, I manage some short-term rentals just south of Downtown and I'm looking for someone with high attention to detail who also has some handyman skills to help me get and keep the homes in good shape. The more OCD you are, the better! Ideally, you'd imagine yourself as a guest staying at the house for the weekend and spot anything that may be wrong. Is the towel holder loose? Please fix it! Are the towels worn and stained? Please let me know so I can buy new ones! Is a light not turning on? Please put in a new bulb! Is the shower draining slowly? Please unclog it! You get the gist. This is a part-time position, great for a handyman who is looking for some extra hours and has a flexible schedule.
