Trump National Golf Club D.C. is a world class golf club located in Sterling Virginia with two golf courses, pool, indoor and outdoor tennis, fitness center, and dining facilities. We are looking for candidates that are eager to learn and apply useful skills, enjoy working hard, and excel at working as a team. Our Facilities Maintenance team works in collaboration with all departments in order to keep our property running at a world class level. We take pride in our work and care about the experience of everyone who walks through our doors. Facility maintenance experience is a plus, but not necessary. We are ready to train any individual to safely and proficiently carry out any task in a timely manner. Job Duties: -Painting and drywall repairs -Pressure washing -Plumbing repairs and installations -Electrical repairs and upgrades -HVAC maintenance and repairs -Carpentry -Mechanical repairs and maintenance -Changing lightbulbs and fixtures -Assists with daily inspections -Cleaning/ organizing Job Requirements: -Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. -Ability to communicate English language -Ability to lift 50+ pounds as well as move and climb ladders. -Must be eligible to work in the United States.
