Looking to see what’s out there for rent or lease in the Central/Western MA area. 8+ stalls, needs some established fencing, ability to build and add on a must if property has good acreage. Housing preferred but not a deal breaker. Wanting to start a small boarding, training and sales operation. Good water access to all areas a must, and at least a lighted outdoor. Long term lease (aiming for 3-5 year deal, possibly longer for the right facility) wanted with references ready. * No less than 5acres. * Not looking to take over an established business, but existing boarders willing to switch over hands OK! * Wiggle room on location as long as it’s 45min-1hr range of Central and Western MA if housing is available. Will also look at CT facilities within this range. * Fixer uppers OK! We have resources available to us. * As mentioned, we’re looking for something with established fencing, OR cleared land ready to be fenced. * Would like something ready for Jan-February 2023, but if you have something coming available for spring/summer - let’s see them!
