Immediate opening for a maintenance person to perform general upkeep and maintenance of an apartment complex on Memorial Parkway. This is an on-call position. Looking for a "jack of all trades" type of person. Experience in all aspects of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Do interior and exterior repairs, provide yard maintenance, including mowing, trimming, clean-up, snow removal from sidewalks and salting.
