Seasoned musicians wanted for dance band

Tired of seeing ads for classic rock and hard rock cover bands like me?  Do you enjoy playing when people are dancing and having a great time? I'm looking for skilled, seasoned musicians to start a top 40 dance band. This would be a start up situation however with my experience and the right people, things should come together quickly. Trust me, I  have no interest in spending 5-6 months in a studio rehearsing to get ready.  I work full time and have a family so only looking to play out 1-2X's/month.  I have plenty of experienc playing in bands, own a pro quality PA and gear full PA, and can provide harmony vocals.  Music wise, I'm looking to build a show that's dance oriented and caters to a wide demographic.  This means playing both modern and classic popular rock and pop songs that get the crowd moving.  Not interested in having a set list filled with hard and classic rock.  Variety is the key here. That means having an open mind and playing stuff you may not necessary listen to on your own. If that's not your thing this probably isnt the project for you.
