Summer Place Apartments is currently seeking a landscaper/porter for a large property. Job consists of: Picking up trash, raking up leaves, mowing the grass, weedeating, repairing fences, cutting shrubs, any outdoor repair, Prefer someone to be mechanically inclined to repair (Mowers, weed eaters, chain saws etc.) You must have a reliable vehicle and possess a Tx Driver's License. No felony offenses. Must be able to pass a background check. We are looking for someone who can take directions, read and write, able to get along with other employees, non -smoker and works hard. In the wintertime when temperature is freezing you will be put inside to help with make readies. Otherwise, you will be outside raking and picking up leaves and trimming the shrubs and repairing fences. We work as a team. You must be able to get along with other employees. Weekly pay.
