Beautiful Tuxedo Cat needs Rehomed

Hello! I have a 1 year 4 month old tuxedo cat named Norman that needs rehoming. I’ve unfortunately developed an allergy to him and I will soon not have enough time to tend to him as he deserves. He is neutered, and fully up to date on shots until next year. All documentation will be given. For a rehoming fee of $150, I am willing to offer Norman, two scratch mats, food dispenser, water dispenser, litter box, treats, extra food, and some toys. (All of it cost me about $400 initially)
