We have a 9 unit apartment building that we are looking to finish the construction of. There eventually will be another 9 unit building constructed right next to it. (hoping same contractor can do work on next building). We have the sprinkler system in. Its plastic. There is anti-freeze in the pipes. Need to hook up the water line and make sure it is ok. Someone noticed one head may need to be changed. Need to make sure all the fire safety bits are done as we are trying to get a TCO in the next few weeks. Need a permit submitted with the town now and work done after we get more heat into the building. Town is not allowing us to submit other permits until we have them all.
