I have a small parrot looking for a new experienced owner. I tried to take this baby in when his owner passed away and since then he's continued to pluck his feathers. He loves to laugh and some words once you get to know him are absolutely hilarious. I'm just not able to help him so if you are better with aviary friends than I am please help me out. He will come with all his food, toys, and a large cage. He is not keen on new people so you will want to take this one in only if you have experience and patience. Pics available upon request.
