I need a studio working space to create Paintings, Drawings, and Intaglio Prints. Unfurnished, and ground floor preferred. Rough floors, walls etc OK. Or can cover better floors. At least 175 sq ft. (Example 14’x12’ min and min 8ft ceiling) to fit my tables and large easels etc. Power outlets and Windows. AC. WC. Minimum one year rental. There will be no heat/open flame used in any processes. 24/7 secure lockable access
