Every Sunday we complete the brutal Murph workout together. Come join us to test your strength/stamina and meet other workout animals. Every Sunday we compete a full Murph Workout! This is for individuals who want to test their stamina and strength limits. The workout consists of: - 1 Mile Run - 100 Pullups - 200 Pushups - 300 Squats - 1 Mile Run You can go through the full set or break it into pieces. We're not competing against each other, your only competing with yourself. Make sure to bring lots of water. Come 15 minutes early to stretch. We start the Murph at 8am sharp. The goal is to finish the Murph under one hour. This is a brutal workout, let's get through it together. NOTE: We're in a Pandemic. I respectfully ask you to wear a mask during the workout. It's not pleasant but its out of respect for others. You may not get sick but some of us have to take care of our elders who are at risk. I will provide hand sanitizer if you'd like some. Parking Info: We will be working out at The Triangle Park (6865-6879 Park Terrace, Los Angeles, CA 90045). Technically you're not suppose to park on the street in front of the park, but people do it all the time. Otherwise there is a parking lot in the nearby mall - Howard Hughes Center (not sure if its paid parking).
