The reason I need to rehome him is because I’m going to be homeless in a few days and I can’t afford to keep him and shouldn’t have had him for the last few months, but I was being selfish. His name is Hiro and he’s 5 years old, fixed & a really loyal loving dog. He currently has fleas at the moment that I have been trying to get rid of for the last month, but it’s been almost impossible without the correct tools. He isn’t up to date on his shots either. He is very good with cats with proper intro. Dogs not so much.. I would say slow introduction with dogs and people. Resource guard his food/bones. He is NOT a working dog, but I think he would do well with proper intro & work training. (I say that because he is very guard like when he has a yard and something to protect.) He know basic training commands like sit, stay, down, wait, easy etc. plus no accidents in the house. He loves squeaky toys and anything he can tear the fluff out of. He likes to walk through your legs to get butt scratches. He runs like a pit bull when he has a case of the zoomies (more of a scoot/squatted run than a normal run) He loves kisses on his nose, cuddles and stealing the whole bed. He is a very good dog when he knows you and would protect you with his life. (There was a stray dog loose one day and tried to attack me/him and he fought the dog off) There is more I could say but it’s really hard to think about at the moment.
