Hiring for skilled/unskilled laborer

Looking to hire skilled/unskilled laborer. Must be able to take direction from crew leader/management. Must be punctual and willing and able to work over time when needed. MUST have a clean driving record and no felonies as we work on heavily regulated job sites. Start time is typically 7am but could vary based on job. We have year round work. Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. Mechanically inclined is a plus. Immediate positions. Will require reference checks. Minimum $20 per hour to start. Now the good stuff. 6 paid holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation, direct deposit, 401k/profit share after 1 year. Paid holidays/vacation time start accruing after 90 probationary period. Have been in business and licensed for 15 years.
