I am a bassist looking to form a neo progressive original band in the styles of Opeth, Katatonia, Circus Maximus, Soen, Rendezvous Point, The Pineapple Thief, Sylvan, Threshold, Riverside! Something that is dark and heavy yet very melodic! I would be seeking a lead guitarist, vocalist and keyboardist! I make use of synthesized, bass effects to augment what the keyboardist would be doing, so it would be a very unique sound! I do prefer, however, clean vocals over anything that would be considered growling ! A vocalist with a raw edge, and some screens ala Ian Gillan is fine though I have high-level experience in both pro recording studios and live performance! I’m an experienced songwriter with excellent arrangement skills!
