I am a CPA, real estate investor and operator, and real estate broker/agent looking for a part time assistant to help me manage my business. Client relations: - fielding and make customer and client service calls - walk throughs of property for clients Marketing and Advertising: - writing marketing copy and property ads - fielding and making sales calls, - assisting in leasing property Administrative Work: - accounting - organizing Manual Labor: - trash outs - cleaning - handyman work The above items are the majority of the work. The words "that is not in my job description" don't exist. If you get the position, you will wear many hats in this position. Expectations: - Consistent effort, Professional communication, Accountability for your time and productivity. Requirements: - Reliable transportation - Reliable and fast internet - Self Motivated and drive to succeed - Able to work in a fast paced environment - Able to accept constructive criticism as a positive - Track record of success whether that be scholastic, in dealing with people, in sales, in customer service, sports, etc. Apply with a professional resume.
