Aide for high functioning autism

Looking for an aide for my 21 year old autistic son. He is very high functioning, drives, goes to college. He was doing great living with me but on his own he didn’t keep up with life. Needs reminders to tidy up, do laundry, clean, meal prep, eat healthy foods, brush teeth, check his school email, get to school on time. And planning and attending activities like the gym or his makers space group. Ideally would like someone to do some of the work with him, like organizing, but mostly be there to encourage and support him to learn to be fully independent. Sometimes needs a ride, other times he can light rail. He lives with his brother and 5 other guys. He is getting a service dog next month and has to get on top of things so he can care for the dog reliably. 20 hours per week of work. Likely every morning 7-9am, then variable after that depending on the day. There will be a lot of down time, so this job is perfect for someone who has remote school or work to do to fill your time when he is doing his school work or projects.
