I cut through an alley somewhere around 23rd or 24th back to Wygant. Turned West to 20th.We found this young male dog. Not neutered. Gold chain but no tags. Not chipped. Being taken to Multnomah County Animal Control Apple Watch found on 12/27 on NW Germantown Town (towards to bottom of Germantown Rd and Bridge Road).
