Leaf Home Solutions.   Position Summary: The Installation Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the Installation department within a local field office. Provides leadership and tactical execution on daily production activities involving inventory management, job scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, service resolution, training, and management of local third-party installation network. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: ·          High School Diploma or equivalent. ·          Reliable truck or work van that can carry extension ladders ·          3+ years of successful experience in project management that includes personal window and door installation. ·          Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process ·          Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods ·          Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced, high energy, team oriented approach. ·          Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand. ·          Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional communications at all times. ·          Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals ·          Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
