WHAT IS reFRESHed?reFRESHed is a personal growth series by YWCA Greater Cleveland dedicated to empowering women on their journey towards self-discovery, professional fulfillment, and internal evolution. Designed to bring together women from diverse backgrounds and across industries, reed is an opportunity to learn and connect with like-minded peers and mentors. This program aims to uplift and support any woman, and especially women of color, seeking personal and professional growth. ABOUT OUR SPEAKERJing Lauengco is the founder of Other Brown Girl and the Next Thing with Jing Podcast, an Accelerate TECHNOVATION 2021 winner and SOCIAL CHANGE finalist, and brand strategist who helps people get unstuck. Driven by her diverse experiences, Jing’s body of work explores the intersections of creativity, communication, and personal and professional growth for positive change. Through her consulting, Jing teaches modern women, entrepreneurs, coaches, independent creative professionals + innovation teams to pivot and propel forward – wherever they are on their journey.
