This is not for current mortgage field inspectors already receiving orders from clients. We are looking for people to train and work closely with, as inspections and driving routes are distributed on a daily basis. Job involves determining the occupancy of homes for banks. You take photos and submit multiple choice answers describing each homes appearance and condition in an app. The photos do not take up storage on your phone. iPhone users only. Computer and printer needed. GPS recommended. Must have a dependable car that gets good gas mileage or you won’t be able to turn a profit. You have to be willing to drive long hours and around the greater Tampa Bay area as you become more experienced. Must be able to pass an industry required background check. Pay is per inspection. Like anything else, beginners are understandably slow, but you will get faster and your income increases. Work at your own pace. This is NOT seasonal work or a temporary position but can be done part time. Thank you.
