Thank you for your interest in our Janitor-Lead position with a growing commercial cleaning company! We are looking for someone who is: dedicated, hard-working, enjoy working with people, organized and positive attitude. We are a local commercial cleaning company serving Brevard and Volusia Counties. This is a hands on position, not an office position. This position will be working with our front line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning. · Will have a dedicated account to clean part of the time and the other time will be spent on filling in for employees time off. Other time will be spent on: · Performing monthly site inspections and notifying the main office of any potential work orders. Expected to go out weekly to their assigned locations in order to ensure our quality of work meets our clients needs. · Inspecting work performed by employees to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards set by clients and Monarch Cleaning · Investigating complaints regarding janitorial services and taking corrective action. Consulting with staff to resolve issues. Informs the main office of any and all concerns regarding employees. · May deliver janitorial supplies monthly, maintain inventories of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate and proper supply levels are on hand- and accounted for at all locations. · Work involves public contact and requires a neat appearance, positive attitude and professionalism at all times. · Recommending personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing. -Ablity to clean biohazards such as feces · Communicate with operation manager FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, 30 HOURS PER WEEK TO START WITH, EVENING ONLY. TRAVEL AND EVENING HOURS ARE REQUIRED. Must be over the age of 21 with a Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug check Must be able to speak and read English Must be able to legally work in United States
