SEASON 7: Trivalley Running Club will host 12-weeks of FREE group-run events from December 12, 2022, to March 4, 2023. Whether you were a beginner or long-time runners, come train with us and support our running community.
For Livermore Half Marathon runners, we have a half marathon training program and suggested mileage. We'll plan to use the Livermore Half Marathon course map for our group runs.
We will kick off our Week 1 group run on Saturday, December 12, 2022, for our Season 7 training program. We will meet once a week every Saturday, 8:30 AM (Meetup at 8:15 AM), for 12-weeks at Independence Park, Livermore. Below is our training group run plan, meetup location, and start run time. We encourage runners to set up weekday runs near where they live and train together.
Half Marathon Training Plan: Every Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 AM PT
Week 1: 12-Dec-2022, 4 miles
Week 2: 25-Dec-2022, 4 miles
Week 3: 01-Jan-2023, 5 miles
Week 4: 07-Jan-2023, 6 miles
Week 5: 14-Jan-2023, 7 miles
Week 6: 21-Jan-2023, 8 miles
Week 7: 28-Jan-2023, 9 miles
Week 8: 04-Feb-2023, 10 miles
Week 9: 11-Feb-2023, 11 miles
