Working with a small team, you'll poach shrimp in a spicy sauce; fry sweet tea-brined chicken to golden brown; roast vegetables; whip up a lighter version of cheese grits; and create a flaky pie dough for a delicious dessert.
For ages 18 + up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.
