1099 Position - Service Days are Monday - Friday. Hours are approximately 5:30 - 9:30. Primary duties include but are not limited to the following; Trash/Recycle removal and disposal, replace trash can liners neatly, clean desk of finger prints nightly, clean all conference tables nightly, clean all reception areas nightly, dust all surfaces including credenzas, window seals, blinds, seats, air conditioning vents and book shelves monthly, clean kitchens detailing sinks, cleaning counters, cleaning under toasters, microwaves and coffee service areas, empty coffee grounds/pods nightly, clean glass and vacuum all common areas including stairs nightly. Vacuum all suites and offices within suites nightly. There are seven paid holidays annually. Candidates must be legal to work in Florida, have a valid drivers license, have reliable transportation and pass a background check. Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
