Looking to rehome my Boxador Location: North Carolina Breed: Boxador (Boxer/Lab mix) Age:5 Shots: up to date and spayed Reason for Rehoming: She was rescued her at 8 months old. She was found with a broken jaw so she had trust issues at first. Very loyal, and obedient. Ideal for someone who's single or who has older kids(teenagers ) Have a little one on the way so would have to unfortunately surrender to a shelter soon if this doesn't workout. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Back story: Tilley was rescued at 8 months old. She was found with a broken jaw at 6 months old and spent the next couple months recovering in the shelter. As anyone could guess, she developed trust issues involving anyone around her face which turned into strong food aggressions. We have worked with her for the past couple of years on her food aggression and she has made amazing progress that we are so proud of. She takes well to many commands and can be extremely obedient to the right owner who is willing to be patient with her. (Preferably someone who is single with no kids or has older children.) She loves to play tug and cuddle up on the couch with a good blanket. Unfortunately, My wife and I will be welcoming our little one in a few short weeks and we cannot comfortably bring our child home with our pup that still has certain triggers that can potentially be harmful to a newborn.
