Let’s start 2023 with a new focus and commitment to live mindfully, be more present and enjoy the moments of life. Join Laura as we explore the benefits and positive effects of mindfulness practices on your health and wellbeing. During this workshop we will do a brief journaling practice and enjoy breathwork, gentle movement and meditation together. Please bring a journal, pen and a mat or blanket to sit on.
