Hiring an experienced plow operator, Shovel crew leader, and Shovel crew laborers. We are based out of Chaska but have properties all around the metro. Newer truck with a western wideout XL plow. All shovel crews have snow blowers, ride on brooms or plows. This is an on call snow removal position. Days and nights are expected during a snow fall. We service a combination of commercial, retail, and apartments/townhomes. Many zero tolerance accounts that keep us busy during the whole snow event. Requirements: Valid DL for plow drivers and Shovel crew drivers Must be available when it snows Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout the event Must keep accurate timesheets according to company guidelines Good attention to detail Mechanical knowledge is a plus Experience running commercial equipment a plus All positions have the opportunity for summer positions in our Lawn or Landscape divisions.
