Licensed Plumbers Needed Installer/Carpenter Franchise Location If installing or carpentry is your passion, we’ve got the job for you! We’re seeking a skilled installer/carpenter to provide customers with courteous, professional and technical-precise installations of our bathroom products and services. Responsibilities include maintaining company-issued tools, resources and materials in an orderly, safe manner, as well as updating records and paperwork for job files. The installer/carpenter will become an expert resource on all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries, while always displaying a professional appearance and friendly demeanor for our customers. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to accept feedback, direction and instruction is key. Qualifications: 21 years of age or older with previous carpentry and/or installment/construction experience Direct in-home installation experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the company trade area Ready to learn and implement the Re-Bath franchise system tools, products, training and resources Self-motivated and eager to help others grow and succeed Warm, outgoing and enthusiastic Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, Salesforce or other CRM a plus Must be able to safely maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds Dependable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance • High school diploma or GED required
