Description
Looking for a part-time handyman to assist with several renovation projects we have going in the Jeffersonville area right now, as well as ongoing maintenance projects.
You will work alongside our full-time personnel, in an apartment complex setting or at any of our other property locations.
Duties may include painting, light plumbing, flooring, drywall repair, general property maintenance and other projects that might come up.
The ideal person will have experience in maintenance work, and the ability to trouble-shoot maintenance issues, as well be able to maintain the utmost integrity in working and communicating with our tenants. Customer service experience is a plus!
