Need Powered PA Speaker Repaired

Behringer B110D powered PA speaker. I got this for free. It powers up, when I plug in a mic there is no sound however clipping light will come on when volume is turned up. The closest Behringer service center is in Silver Spring. Looking for someone local to repair. I don’t care about warranty issues since I was given this non working item for free.
