Thursday 29th December TY Park 3300 N Park Rd, Hollywood, FL 33021 Class is regularly $10 but today it's going to be $5 You can bring exact cash or pay by Zelle, Cashapp app Venmo First Yoga plus class today We are doing video and photography to get some images for advertising my class. If you'd like to come join us the classes from 11: 00am to 12: 30pm It's a combination of slow flow yoga, Kundalini yoga, restorative yoga as well as breathing exercises, meditation, many different modalities that I've used throughout the years as a massage therapist, and spiritual metaphysical techniques for relaxation and recharging the mind body and spirit. This class is for all health levels skill levels and body types. Good for men and women of all ages. I like to do a lot of modifications so if your skill level or your physical ability is different that's fine or just coming to get some movement get the body going and feel great when we're done. No judgments. Just wear something comfortable and come as you are. Classes are regularly going to be Thursdays 10:00 a.m. but this class is a little different today. Love to have you come join us as long as you don't mind the video and pictures. When you come in the entrance to Ty Park go to the left and park near the office.
