Bass player looking for guitarist/singer for practice

I’m 45 years old. I’ve been playing bass for many years and dabbling in acoustic guitar and singing for a few years. I’m looking for a practice partner or two. Ideally, I’ll find someone who likes to sing and play guitar and is looking for a practice partner to play with. If we found a hand drummer or someone with a portable kit that would be cool, too. I don’t enjoy playing loud enough to be heard with a full drum kit. My main goals are to play for my own enjoyment and love of music, to improve my skills, and to meet good people. I have no notion that I will ever make any money from this. Playing gigs is not currently a goal of mine, but I’m open to the idea in the future. I’m mainly interested in playing covers. If you prefer writing your own music, I can and have written original basslines. I’m open to seeing where it goes, maybe we play other peoples’ songs, maybe we make our own, as long as it’s fun. The most important thing is seeing if we click and then following wherever it leads us. As far as types of music… I like to play 90’s alternative, 80’s hits, classic rock, etc. I’m not your guy if you want to play country, jazz, or metal. Anyway, that’s the dream.
