Description
Have you noticed the very folk who screech loudest about "fake news" spread the most of it?
Why not study exactly who it is migrating here, where they are coming from and the price they pay? Why not watch a documentary like "Which Way Home" that actually videos their journey?
A lot of the xenophobia associated with undocumented immigrants is fear. Fear they will harm us; fear they will get something owed to us instead. Both could not be further from the truth.
Perhaps some is associated with guilt over the fact the land they immigrate to, we stole from their ancestors by force.
Or that once we were all "illegal immigrants" who came here to people who helped our sorry asses from starving to death the first winter. How did we thank them? By torturing them, denying their culture, calling their wives and mothers "whores" because they were not married in a Puritan church, slaughtering them, then finally marching the few left 1200 miles across the country in bitter winter, the few meager survivors dumped unceremoniously in the desert.
"I asked the Great White Chief to go home to die. He said no." Geronimo
"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me" Matthew 25:40
"Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was diligent to do." Galatians 2:10
