Gray and white dog running in town

There is a dog running loose in town. Medium size, dark gray with white around the muzzle and down its front. Looks like some kind of terrier mix. Was wearing a blue collar with pink tags. I could not get close enough to read the tags or take the dog home because they were timid and growling from anxiety (not aggressiv). Poor thing was wet and cold but wouldnt eat anything so probably not been out long. Last seen wandering behind Spire credit union. 8:30 pm.
