We are currently seeking a handyman/contractor to join our team IMMEDIATELY! Must be able to work TOMORROW, 12/29/2022. If you are unavailable to start TOMORROW, please do not apply. Please read the ENTIRE listing prior to applying. Job Details: The compensation/pay is $15/hour. You will be working for 8-10 hours each day you work and your duties will include: - Remove flooring such as tile, VCT, etc. - Remove glue/adhesive from flooring. - Dispose of debris/clean up. - Clean up. - Interior wall painting. - Flooring installation. - Installing/setting up fixtures and furniture. Here are the MUSTS: 1. Professionalism. 2. NO SMOKING INSIDE! 3. Previous experience in flooring. 4. Be able to follow instructions. 5. Finish the work! (Must complete certain tasks EACH DAY.) 6. Send ID prior to receiving address (no exceptions). 7. Provide check-ins/updates. 8. If you do not know how to remove flooring, DO NOT APPLY! You will be sent home without pay! 9.
