I’m offering $2000 for someone to take over my current lease at my apartment. The eligibility for applicants is lax, only requiring minimum income of $1200 a month. People who do not meet this requirement may still be eligible. Payment delivered upon my own release from the rental agreement, aka after application has been accepted. After that, I don’t care what you do with the apartment or even if you ever move in or pay rent. I just need my name off of it.
